The three of us came to Merlo from different paths, but we share a common view of what meaningful impact looks like.
Donna has spent her career in public service and working closely with nonprofits, giving her a firsthand understanding of the people, organizations, and communities this work supports. Syed has spent his career building technology and believes the best products are created alongside the people who will actually use them. Tirth has worked across growing businesses and believes that impact, scale, and strong businesses can reinforce one another when they are built with intention.
Those perspectives shape how we are building Merlo. We want to create technology that is genuinely useful to the people doing important work today, while building a company capable of reaching many more organizations over time.
For us, impact can begin with helping one person do their job better, one nonprofit operate more confidently, or one community benefit from a stronger organization. Our shared goal is to build something that can create that kind of value again and again, at scale.
